Shipping Policy:

Welcome to Planning with Sally’s shipping policy! We want to make sure your experience is smooth from checkout to delivery.

We offer both digital and physical products:

  • Digital Downloads are delivered instantly via email or direct download after purchase—no shipping required.

  • Physical Products are printed, cut, and packaged by hand with care. Orders are shipped via USPS and typically go out within 3 -5 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.

​Shipping Methods


All physical orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, packed in a rigid mailer with tracking included for peace of mind.

Processing Time


Orders are processed within 5–10 business days. During holidays or shop sales, processing times may take a bit longer.
Shipping days are Saturdays only. While we do our best to combine multiple orders, it's not always possible—we prioritize getting your orders out promptly.

Shipping Address


Please double-check your shipping address before checking out. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. If an order is returned due to a wrong address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Shipping Costs


Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

 

Order Cancellations:

Cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to cancel any orders at any time. During holidays and sales, order cancellations will not be issued.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations.

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will gladly send a replacement—no returns required. If the item is no longer available, store credit will be issued for the amount paid. Please see the section below on Defective/Damaged Products for the next steps.

 

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery using the Contact Us button at the bottom of the homepage.

To help resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the damage or error.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

Once your order has been dropped off and marked as delivered by USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Please contact your local postal carrier or USPS directly for assistance in recovering your parcel.
